Ceramic membrane is a porous fine ceramic filter which is sintered from Alumina, Titania or Zirconia under ultra-high temperature. Ceramic membrane normally has an asymmetrical structure with porous support active membrane layer. The macro porous support ensures the mechanical resistance while the active layer functions separation ranging from Micro filtration to Ultra filtration. Ceramic Membrane always runs at a Cross Flow Filtration mode. The turbid fluid goes through membrane layer inside the single channel or a multi-channel at a high velocity. Driven by Trans Membrane Pressure (TMP), the clean liquid with micro-molecule pass through the membrane layer vertically to permeation, the solid and big molecule is rejected in retanate. The feed fluid is thus clarified, concentrated and purified.

We provide spiral wound polymeric membrane system with filtration level from
RO > NF > UF > MF
RO is the one with least molecular weight and MF with the highest molecular weight.
RO is used for water recycling, water treatment, to generate low TDS water.
NF is used for softening, for ETP, for desalting of dyes etc.
UF is used for protein concentration as well as other special product application.
MF is also used for special product application.

Hollowfibre Ultrafiltration system is generally used for RO pretreatment. It is available in out to in and in to out configuration. Available MOC’s available is PVDF and PES.

Membrane bio reactor is used for the treatment of waste water. It is used with reference to the aeration tank to increase the MLSS of the aeration tank, and thereby reducing the BOD and COD of the waste water. Available MOC for MBR is PVDF.

Membrane can selectively separate components over a wide range of particle size and molecular weight from macromolecular materials. Membrane should be selected such that the size of the pores is smaller than the size of the smallest particle in the feed stream that is to be retained by the membrane.

Demineralization or Deionisation is the process of removing mineral salts from water by using the ion exchange process. Impurities that remains dissolved in water dissociate to form positive and negative charged particles known as ions. An ion-exchange vessel holds ion-exchange resin of the required type through which water is allowed to pass. The selective ions in the water are exchanged with ions or radicals loosely held by the resin. In this way, the water is passed through several vessels or a mixed bed vessel so that both positive and negative ions are removed and water is dematerialized.

Softener is used for removal of hardness dissolved in Water.

Mixed-bed deionizers are normally used to ‘polish’ the water to higher levels of purity after it has been initially treated by either a two-bed deionizer or a reverse osmosis unit.In mixed-bed deionizers the Strong Acid Cation and Strong Base Anion resins are closely mixed and contained in a single pressure vessel. The thorough mixture of resins in a single column makes a mixed-bed deionizer equivalent to anextended series of two-bed plants. As a result, the water quality obtained from a mixed-bed deionizer is appreciably higher than that produced by a two-bed plant.

ETP is used to treat the waste water generated from various industries. All ETP solutions are tailor made depending upon the type of industry, discharge norms and quality of effluent.
Generally an ETP plant will have primary, secondary and tertiary treatment. Primary comprises of chemical treatment, secondary comprises of biological treatment and tertiary is advanced treatment like advanced oxidation, UF, RO etc.

We offer industrial evaporation plants, where concentration of product is accomplished by boiling the solution. It is used extensively in waste water evaporation, metal salt industries, food processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fruit juices, dairy products, agro chemicals and RO reject water evaporation. Industrial evaporation plants include falling film evaporator, forced circulation evaporator and combination of falling film and forced circulation evaporator.

Spray Dryers are relatively simple in operation which accept feed in fluid state and convert it into a dried particulate form by atomizing the fluid into a hot drying medium. Atomization is done using high pressure nozzle, high pressure air, two fluid nozzles or centrifugal disc atomizer.

Electrocoagulation is the process of destabilizing suspended, emulsified, or dissolved contaminants in an aqueous medium by introducing an electrical current into the medium. The electrical current provides the electromotive force to drive the chemical reactions. When reactions are driven or forced, the elements or compound will approach the most stable state. Generally, this stable state is a solid that is either, less colloidal, less emulsifiable, or less soluble than the element or compound at equilibrium values. As this occurs the contaminants form hydrophobic entities such as precipitates or phase separations, which can easily be removed by a number of secondary separation techniques. It has wide application in metal plating industries which has heavy metals in the effluent, then in the effluents contained emulsified oil, textile effluent, etc
